[gelöst] Probleme beim Upgrade von Windows 8.1 auf 10

Hallo

Beim Upgrade von 8.1 auf 10 kommt die Meldung, dass Setup Windows 10 nicht installieren konnte. Ich habe auch einen manuellen Upgrade versucht, aber auch das geht nicht - ähnliche Fehlermeldung!

Ich habe schon stundenlang erfolglos nach einer Lösung gesucht, auch ein Clean-Boot brachte nichts.

Mein Notebook:
Toshiba P50-A-L11, W8.1, 64bit, Intel i7, HD 1 TB.

Log-Files der Installation sowie Screenshot der Disk liegen als Anhang bei.

Was für Infos braucht ihr noch?

auch ein Clean-Boot brachte nichts.

Das ist klar, ein Clean install kannst du erst machen, nachdem du von Windows 8.1 geupdatet hast, denn dann sind erst deine Hardware mit deinem Windows 8.1 Key auf deinem MS Konto registriert.

Der Update auf Windows 10 läuft ja auch schon bereits nicht. Clean Install ist vielleicht falsch ausgedrückt - ich meine natürlich einen Clean Boot. Sorry für meine Falschinformation.
 
Mein Fehler, du hast ja auch Clean-boot geschrieben, nur habe ich das als Clean-install interpretiert.
Lade dir mal The Ultimate Pid checker und prüfe deinen Windows 8.1 key mal indem du auf den "Windows" Kopf drückst, dann hast du deinen Key. Dann auf "Go" drücken, und es zeigt dir ob dein Key gültig ist, und zu welcher Version er passt.
 
Dein Partitionsschema sieht normal aus für ein vorinstalliertes Windows. Daran sollte es nicht liegen, denn es scheitert ja schon vorher. Es gibt auch keinen vom Setup durchgeführten Neustart? Deine Log-Dateien zeigen m.E., daß das Setup mehrmals gestartet wurde. Ich kann nicht viel damit anfangen, aber es fehlen vgl. mit meinen erfolgreichen Upgrades einige Teile in den Logs. Leider habe ich die Logs von den Upgrades nicht mehr, um einen direkten Vergleich zu machen.

Du hast es bisher nur mit dem MediaCreationTool selbst versucht? Hast Du damit schon eine DVD oder USB-Stick erzeugt und dann die Setup.exe vom Stick oder DVD ausgeführt?

Um Fehler beim bestehenden System auszuschließen gib mal folgende Befehle in eine Eingabeaufforderung mit Admininstratorechten ein:
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
Wenn Fehler gefunden werden:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Zum Vergleich.
 
Das ist, glaube ich, von einer Neuinstallation und nicht von einem Upgrade. Es sieht auf jeden Fall nicht so aus wie die setupact_log von meinen Upgrades. Es fehlt die Überprüfung des ursprünglichen Systems, etc. und das Laden der Updates vor dem Upgrade.

SFC und DISM ausgeführt - alles scheint nun OK zu sein. RestoreHealth meldet, dass er das Problem repariert habe. Weiterhin bricht die Installation bricht ab.

Bin dran ab Stick zu installieren...
 
Vom Stick neu installieren ohne Upgrade im bestehenden System, führt aber nicht zu einem aktivierten Windows 10. Ohne Upgrade über die Setup.exe im laufenden Windows gibt es kein kostenloses Windows 10. Ob ein Upgrade via gebootetem Windows10-Setup zu einem aktivierten Windows 10 führt, weiß ich nicht.

Setup bricht auch ab Stick ausgeführt schnell ab. Ich frage mal bei Toshiba nach, vielleicht haben die noch eine Idee.
 
Im laufenden und aktivierten Windows 8.1 auf die Setup.Exe von Windows 10 geklickt.
Am Ende ist die 10ner auch aktiviert.
So war es zumindest bei mir.
