System PC friert ein bis hin zum Bluescreen

kennt sich schon aus
Servus....

also ich habe seit einigen Wochen folgendes Problem:

Sobald der Rechner ein wenig läuft, so ca 0,5-1 Std. fängt er an zu hakeln (Taskleiste und sidebar frieren ein) lass ich ihn dann so 5min in Ruhe erholt er sich ab und an.....in den anderen Fällen hilft dann nur noch reset oder Netzschalter betätigen. Das Problem tauch unwillkürlich auf....beim surfen, video gucken oder auch bei gar keiner Belastung.

Ich hab schon folgendes gemacht.....

Da ich zuvor 2*1GB ADATA RAM und 2*2GB Corsair RAM installiert hatte, habe ich sie nur auf die Corsair reduziert.....memtest war übrigens mit allen erfolgreich.

Danach dacht ich an Treiberproblemen innerhalb der GraKa und GraKa onboard (nForce 8300). habe beide komplett deinstalliert...und nur den aktuellsten Treiber von der GraKa installiert.......nix

Dann hab ich die GraKa ausbaut (Treiber deinstalliert und nochmals mit "Driver Cleaner" gelöscht) und den aktuellsten Treiber für meinen Chip installiert.....wieder nix....ab da an kam dann auch der bluescreen, sobald er in den Ruhemodus fährt bzw fahren möchte!

Habe immer noch "nur" die beiden RAMS von Corsair drin....in einem Block

Hier mal noch ein kleiner Ausschnitt aus der Ereignisanzeige...da war der Rechner kurz an und es ging bis zum bluescreen....vielleicht bringts ja was

Als ich ihn auch einmal vom Netz hatte, wollte er auch nicht mehr angehen. Die Diode auf dem Board leuchtete aber. Nach mehrmaligen betätigen des Hauptschalters, fuhr dann schliesslich hoch.....

Hatte auch das Problem, Netzteil zu schwach, habe ein stärkeres (500W) eingebaut und alles ist wieder in Butter

Das Board und die HDD'S sind grad mal nen Jahr alt, ich hoffe mal nicht das es daran liegen wird...aber wie kann ich die denn genau überprüfen...abklemmen und schauen was passiert?

also die Platten hab ich mit dem Samsung test Programm auf "OK" getestet.

Sind nur Mouse, Tastatur, Drucker dauerhaft angeschlossen...
 
Also alle Atapi ereignisse haben diesen Fehler:

Der Treiber hat einen Controllerfehler auf \Device\Ide\IdePort3 gefunden.

und damit fangen die Probleme dann an.

Was bedeutet das denn genau? Also ich hab mal andere SATA ports ausprobiert/Kabel überprüft und getauscht.....habt ihr noch andere Ideen?

Oha...na ja BIOS Updates sind immer so eine Sache :D ich trau mich da nicht so wirklich dran...gibts nicht was automatisches dafür :D
 
Also das neue Nt hat keine Verbesserung erzielt.

Habe nunmal den Port gewechselt.....es kam wieder ein Atapi Fehler.....werde jetzt mal das Kabel tauschen und eine andere Platte an diesem Port klemmen....

Nachtrag:

Hab auch das BIOS einmal geupdatet...eigentlich kann man ja nix falsch machen ;)

jetzt warte ich einfach mal ab
