[gelöst] "Ereignisse aus E-Mails" - Feature entfernt? / outlook.com

Hallo!

Seit längerem erzeugt mir Outlook.com immer automatisch einen Kalendereintrag zu ankommenden Paketen von Amazon, Flugbuchungen etc..
Dieses Feature heißt "Ereignisse aus E-Mails" und lässt sich in den Einstellungen auf Outlook.com konfigurieren.

Vor einer Woche ist das auch noch passiert, bei jeder Amazon-Lieferung. Dann war auf einmal Schluss damit, auch wenn man die Amazon-Mail aufmacht steht nichts mehr davon (normalerweise wurde dann immer oberhalb der Mail ein Banner eingeblendet a la "Outlook hat Ereignisse in dieser Nachricht erkannt").

Zun Check bin ich jetzt in die Einstellungen gegangen, der Punkt "Ereignisse aus E-Mails" ist auch nach wie vor da, allerdings ist die sich öffnende Einstellungsseite jetzt komplett blank.
Also da wo dann immer zig Checkboxen waren wo man einstellen konnte was alles einen Termin kriegen soll, ist jetzt einfach nix mehr. Die Einstellung wirkt wie eine Karteileiche.

Hab testweise mal in einen anderen Outlook.com Account geschaut, dort ist das auch alles leer.
Surfe ich mit dem Handy die Seite an, sieht man die Settings noch, aber es funktioniert halt nicht mehr.

Weiß da jemand genaueres zu? Ich fand das immer super praktisch, weil dann auch zu jedem Paket im Kalender gleich der Sendungsverfolgung Link hinterlegt war.

Ist ein von MS anerkanntes Problem bei Exchange, das bis Anfang April gefixt werden wird:

More info: There is no impact to a user's ability to receive the reservation or package delivery mails.

Current status: We're deploying the code fix throughout the affected environment, which is expected to take a couple days to complete. Once we've deployed the code fix, we'll begin testing the "Events from Email" feature to ensure no additional impact is introduced before completely re-enabling it.

Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any of your users attempting to view new reservation and package deliver events which have been booked after Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 10:08 PM UTC.

Start time: Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 10:08 PM UTC

Estimated time to resolve: We estimate the issue may be resolved on Monday, April 1, 2019, if the code fix deployment completes on schedule and follow-up testing with the "Events from Email" feature is successful.

Preliminary root cause: The "Events from Email" feature has been temporarily switched off to prevent additional impact to the wider service while a code issue is fixed.
