Sicherheitsprogramme Antispyware Programm?

kennt sich schon aus
Hallo!
Seit heute zeigt mir Antivir an, dass in der Datei SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE ein Trojaner namens TR/Spy.Spatet.BC gefunden worden ist. Ich habe gestern Superantispyware mit dem internen Update aktualisiert (vom Programm ausgehend) und auch der Pfad der exe ist korrekt. (C:/Program Files/Superantispyware/SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE) Nun wollte ich fragen ob jemand anders vielleicht ähnliche Erfahrungen hat, ob dies dann eventuell eine Falschmeldung ist oder ob ein Virus mein Antispyware-Programm verseucht hat.

Wenn man zwei Antivirusprogramme gleichzeitig auf dem Rechner hat, kann es zu recht merkwürdigen Phänomenen kommen. Das Superantispyware habe ich auch auf dem Rechner, allerdings NICHT eingeschaltet. Das wird bei mir nur verwendet, wenn ich einen Verdacht habe, dass etwas nicht stimmt. Sonst läuft bei mir nur Avira.
Von daher würde ich mir keinen Kopp machen.
Grundsätzlich wird davon abgeraten, zwei Antivirenprogramme gleichzeitig ölaufen zu lassen, da sie sich gegenseitig ins Gehege kommen, das System verlangsamen und sogar zum Absturz bringen können.
 
Das Erkennungsmuster des TR/Spy.Spatet.BC wurde auch heute erst zur VDF Datei von ANTIVIR hinzugefügt. Es dürfte sich um einen Fehlalarm handeln, allerdings gibt es auch einen Troyaner mit Namen SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE (wenn in groß geschrieben ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit höher). Lade daher doch vorsichtshalber mal die Datei zu Virustotal hoch und lasse sie dort überprüfen (nicht bereits bestehende Prüfung nehmen, sondern erneut prüfen lassen). das Ergebnis kannst du dann hier posten:

Leider funktioniert der link so nicht,du müsstest das Ergebnis in einen Screenshot "packen" (oder ähnliches). Die unterschiedliche Schreibweise und der MD5 Hash sollte aber zu denken geben...
 
Es sieht so aus als wäre Superantispyware gekidnapt worden. Das Programm läßt sich auch nicht mehr deinstallieren. Leider reichen meine Kenntnisse nicht aus um weiter vorzugehen. Ich hatte die gleiche Fehlermeldung (Warnung) erhalten wie der erste Teilnehmer.

Der Link funktionniert doch kann das Sicherheitsprogramm keinen Fehler finden. Dennoch habe ich zwei (!) Versionen von Superantispyware auf der Festplatte, wobei eine verdächtig ist und sich nicht deinstallierenläßt.

Nach dem entfernen und löschen (Qurantäne) der *.exe Dateien mit ANTIVIR am besten beide Versionen von Superantispyware deinstallieren (notfalls im Abgesicherten Modus" versuchen). Danach das System nochmal mit ANTIVIR und Emsisoft Anti-Malware oder Malewarebytes scannen und eventuelle Bedrohungen entfernen.

Habe mit dem Link versucht SUPERANTISPYWARE mit SUPERantispyware zu entfernen.

Habe jetzt SUPERantispyware (mit 65 MB ???) im Rechner, läßt sich aber weder öffnen noch deinstallieren.

Zur Vorgesichichte:
Gestern nachmittag updatete ich Superantispyware, danach war das Menufenster ganz anders gestaltet als bisher (und wie ich jetzt auch weiß wie es nach wie vor ist). Ich dachte mir, die hätten das Menu graphisch verbessert, sah auch echt aus, und lud die letzten Downloads nochmal runter. Seither läßt sich das Programm nicht mehr benutzen, auch nicht deinstallieren und ich denke ich habe da ein großes Problem an Bord.
 
Gehe am besten wie in Post #8 beschrieben vor. Wirklich SICHER wird dein System wohl nur nach einer Neuinstallation sein, denn du hast wohl einen falschen Downloadlink befolgt. Eventuell hast du noch einen Wiederherstellungspunkt der VOR dem Update liegt.

Auch ich konnte in der Zwischenzeit mit einem Hilfsprogramm die Superantispyware-Programme deinstallieren. Zumindest erscheinen sie nicht mehr unter Systemsteuerung / Programme.
 
Ich hab eh so das Gefühl AntiVir ist manchmal echt ein Fehlalarmprogramm. Nutze Antivir jetzt schon ewig und hatte bis jetzt fast nur Fehlermeldungen.
 
SUPERAntispyware hat sein Aussehen etwas verändert, da die Version 5 über Updates installiert wurde.
Das kann alse nicht das Problem sein....
 
Folgendes hatte ich gemacht:
Über einen Link auf der Homepage von SUPERAntispyware hatte ich das Schadprogramm deaktiviert, das echte Programm war aber noch immer gestört. Ein kleines Deinstallationsprogramm ebenfalls auf der Homepage von SUPERAntispyware erlaubte dann die Deinstalltion des echten Programmes. Ich arbeite bis auf weiteres nicht mehr mit SUPERAntispyware (wegen des gleichnamigen Trojaners) sondern mit Malwarebytes.

Auf keinen Fall hat Antivir versagt. Diese Programm machte mich erst auf das Schadprogramm aufmerksam und TR/Spy.Spatet.BC gibt es wirklich, war zehnmal auf meinem Rechner drauf. Auch zeigte der Rechner verschiedenartigste Störungsmeldungen im Zusammenhang mit SUPERAntispyware.
Jetzt scheint die Sache bereinigt zu sein.
 
Wenn Du wirklich etwas Übles drauf hattest - würde ich an Deiner Stelle Daten sichern und neu installieren! Und alle Passwörter ändern!!!
 
Hab mir jetzt Antivir Premium gekauft und mach bald mal nen Scan, falls mein PC verseucht ist muss ich wohl oder übel formatieren -.-^^ Danke für eure Hilfe!
