Fenster mit "Transaktive Installation" ("InstallUtil" ?) - was ist das?

Ich habe heute auf einem W10-Laptop in OpenOffice-Writer gearbeitet und plötzlich ist ein Fenster mit "Transaktive Installation" ("InstallUtil" ?) aufgegangen mit einigen Batch-Statements drinnen und gleich wieder - bevor ich etwas im Detail erkennen konnte - verschwunden.

Das passierte noch 2x und war dann wieder vorbei.

Meine Fragen nun:

A) Was ist das?

B) Wo kann ich das in einem Log ansehen?

C) Wie soll ich das behandeln?

Du kannst deine Frag parallel im OpenOffice Forum stellen. Vielleicht ist es ein Plugin was OpenOffice braucht?

Im OpenOffice Forum glaubt man nicht, dass es mit AOO zu tun hat.

In welchen Logs könnte ich herausfinden was da zu dieser Zeit abgelaufen ist?

Ok. Das scheint irgendein Teil von einem .Net framework zu sein, aber von welchem kann ich nicht sagen.
Schau mal, ob alle deine .Net frameworks aktuell sind, bis ein Experte vorbeischaut.

Ich habe heute wieder 2x solche kurz aufpopende Fenster gesehen und glaube, auch 2 Logfiles dazu gefunden zu haben.

Allerdings muss ich zugeben, dass ich kaum etwas in logischen Zusammenhang bringen kann, von dem was ich da sehe:
