Der Fall scheint gelöst. Eher zufällig bin ich auf folgende Anleitung in Bezug auf NVIDIA und die Registry gestoßen. Seitdem erscheint die Fehlermeldung nicht mehr. An alle, die sich für mich auf die Fehlersuche gemacht und dafür viel Zeit geopfert haben, herzlichen Dank.
Here is the fix the Nvidia on line support gave me. The fix worked on my Dell w windows 10 professional running a GEForce GTX 745:
Step 1lease Open the "Run" dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key ("Run").
Step 2:Type regedit.exe and hit enter Key.
Step 3: In registry editor>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>Current Control Set>Control>Windows.
Step 4: Double click on ErrorMode file and you will get a pop up.
Step 5: In value data enter 2 by erasing 0 and then change the Base to Decimal from Hexadecimal and click OK.
Step 6: Click F5 or select view>refresh option and refresh.
Step 7: Close all the application and restart the computer and check if the Issue persist.
