... egal ob per Online-Upgrade oder per Inplace.

Die 1. Meldung lautet.

0x8007001F - 0x3000D ... In der Phase First Boot ist während des Vorgangs MIGRATE_DATA ein Fehler aufgetreten.
Die Prozentzahl der Verarbeitung (bei Inplace) geht dabei kurz vor dem Abbruch von 56 auf 46 zurück.
Diverse Tutorials dazu brachten nichts.
Es gab früher einmal einen Benutzer, der fehlerhaft gesichert oder verschoben wurde.
Der ist aber ersetzt durch einen neuen, taucht weder bei den Profilen noch in der Reg-Profilliste auf.
SFC läuft ohne Fehler durch. Im Gerätemanager ist alles sauber.

Für Spoiler gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:
1. du öffnest dein Antwortfenster mit "Bearbeiten", markierst den Text, der in den Spoiler soll und klickst oben in der dritten Toolbarzeile auf die Maske. Wenn das Antwortfenster mit "Bearbeiten" nicht im "Erweiterten"-Modust startet, musst du noch unten auf "Erweitert" klicken.

Vielleicht teilst du uns noch mit warum du auf Windows 10 1607 zurücksetzen bez. es installieren möchtest.

Ich will nicht zurücksetzen, sondern upgraden.

Nichts neues beim Upgrade vom Ur-Admin aus.
Die von MS unter dem Fehlercode angegebenen Tips brachten nichts.
Einen Ordner Windows.old gibt es nicht.
Außer Standardprofilen und einem neuen, was nach den ersten Fehlversuchen erstellt wurde gibt es keine Profile.

Mittlerweile habe ich auf einer 2. Partition ein neues System mit Build 17133 aufgesetzt, das läuft ohne Probleme.
Damit brauche ich System 1 eigentlich nicht mehr, aber es wäre mir schon lieber ein funktionierendes Ersatzrad zu haben.
Die Update-Agent-Trigger auf System 1 habe ich nun auf Null gesetzt, damit das Generve aufhört.
Die Build ist 14393.2156.
Laut MS würde das System bei Upgrade-Verweigerung nach 4 Monaten lahmgelegt.
Kann das jemand bestätigen?

Bei der Auswahl der zu behaltenden Elemente beim Inplace-Upgrade gibt es die Möglichkeiten "Apps und pers. Daten" oder nur "pers. Daten" behalten.

Ich bräuchte die (nicht angebotene) Variante "nur Apps (Programme)" behalten.

Gibt es dafür Tricks?

Bei meinen Kisten fackele ich da nicht lange, da gibt es nichts unersetzliches auf den Systempartionen.

Hier handelte es ich aber um die eines Bekannten mit einem durch Neuinstall nicht wiederherstellbaren Programm.
Der Anbieter meint in seiner Selbstherrlichkeit, daß der Anwender das nicht mehr allein können bzw. dürfen soll, und der Regionalsupporter damit beauftragt werden müsse.

Mittlerweile habe ich einen Weg gefunden, das Prog zu sichern und in der Neuinstall zum Laufen zu bringen:
1. Original-Prog-Ordner kopieren, umbenennen
2. Prog neu installieren, aber nicht starten
3. neu installierten Prog-Ordner umbenennen
4. Original-Prog-Ordner einfügen, rückbenennen
5. und so läuft es jetzt unter Build 17133
6. Neuinstall-Ordner kann nun gelöscht werden
