Das ist ja auch verständlich - eine kleine RAM-Disk ist für die temporären Dateien etwa 20 x schneller als die SSD (ohne RAM-Cache) und Schreibvorgänge nutzen die SSD ab, das ist Halbleiterphysik.
Da ich 64 GiByte RAM habe, konnte ich für SSD-RAM-Cache und RAM-Disk für temporäre Dateien ein wenig abgeben.
Hier meine SSD-Performance mit RAM-Cache:
