This is recommended if you get an error if you try to unlock the Desktop. (remove the padlock)
Solution:
Open CMD as an Administrator.
type in: cd %userprofile%
type in: cipher /d Desktop
--> This will unlock your Desktop and solve the problem that files and folders are automatically being locked.
