Sicherheit Windows Hello for Buisness funktioniert nicht

Erster Beitrag
Guten Tag,

System: Windows 10 Enterprise 1903 (18362.295)

"looked deep in the registry and I found the value that was causing the issue.

I deleted this value and the fingerprint option was now available :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\PassportForWork\Enabled

Then I tried different combinaisons with the local group policies and the regedit, at first I had almost every policies set to enabled :
Computer>Administrative Templates>System>Logon>Turn on convenience PIN sign-in
Computer>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Windows Hello for Business>Use Biometrics
Computer>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Windows Hello for Business>Use Windows Hello for Business
Computer>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Biometrics>Allow the use of biometrics
Computer>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Biometrics>Allow users to log on using biometrics
Computer>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Biometrics>Allow domain users to log on using biometrics
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
"AllowDomainPINLogon"=dword:00000001

At the end, I only kept these policies :
Computer>Administrative Templates>System>Logon>Turn on convenience PIN sign-in
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
"AllowDomainPINLogon"=dword:00000001
"

Doch ohne Erfolg. Die Police Einträge haben nichts geändert.
