Frage Woher kommen die Bluescreens?

Hi, nachdem ich regelmäßig BLuescreens bekomme, habe ich mein Win7 64 Bit neu installiert. Dennoch erhalte ich weiterhin Bluescreens. Woher kommen die?

Steht da ja: zB Temperaturproblem - Hardwareproblem - Treiberproblem......

Was macht man da? Treiber habe ich alle neu installiert, musste ich ja, da Windows neu installiert. Der Bluescreen ist aber auch mit dem neuen Windows noch da. Es ist ein Fertig-PC, ein Acer Travelmate 3900. Da ich noch Garantie habe, könnte ich ihn sicher einschicken, möchte aber sicher sein, dass es ein Hardwaredefekt ist.

Wenn du alles sauber neu installiert hast und trotzdem fortlaufend Bluescreens bekommst, spricht eigentlich alles für einen Hardwaredefekt. Da du noch Gewährleistung drauf hast würde ich die weitere Fehlerdiagnose dem Hersteller überlassen. Schick den PC mit einer exakten Fehlerbeschreibung ein.

Hallo marco, Willkommen bei Dr.Windows!

Es wird sehr Hilfsreich für uns sei, wenn du die Technische Daten in "Mein System" einfügst. Es konnte sein das die Rams probleme berieten. Um das auszuschließen, nimm alle außer einen Ram_Slot raus und starte das System, neu. Auf diese Weise kannst alle (einzeln) testen.

Der Fehler wird wahrscheinlich im Grafik-Berich verursacht.
