[gelöst] Office Progr. /Chrome laufen nicht. Keine Verbindung mit einem Windows -Dienst

Herzlich willkommen
Hallo Experten,

folgende Meldung erwartet mich beim Start:
Es konnte keine Verbindung mit einem Windows -Dienst hergestellt werden
Es konnte keine Verbindung mit dem Dienst „Gruppenrichtlinienclient“ hergestellt werden.
Daher können sich Standardbenutzer nicht am System anmelden.
Wenn Sie Administrator sind, finden Sie weitere Details zu diesem Fehler im Systemereignisprotokoll.

MS Word verabschiedet sich nach kurzer Zeit:
"MS Office kann ihre Lizenz für diese Anwendung nicht finden. Ein Reparaturwunsch war nicht erfolgreich..."

Chrome startet erst garnicht.

Ich vermute ein update Problem dahinter. Ich habe eine sfcdetails.txt erstellt und mit angehängt.

Alle anderen Anwendungen laufen normal.

Ich habe folgende Lösungen ausprobiert:

Bei mir wird der Gruppenrichtlinienclient nicht ausgeführt.
Aber es sind scheinbar alle Dateien in gpsc vorhanden. Die Anleitungen haben mich nicht weitergebracht. sfc /scannow habe ich 4x mit Neustart durchgeführt aber bisher hat nichts geholfen.

lass ich gerade laufen:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
(Fehler: 0x80240021)

Eine Neuinstallation will ich verhindern, die letzte hat mich fast eine ganze Arbeitswoche gekostet, bin halt kein Systemprofi.

Für eure Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Ein Teilerfolg ist geschafft.

Nach weiteren - Dism - scannow und Neustart wird der Gruppenrichtlinienclient wieder ausgeführt.
Chrome und Office Programme laufen wieder.

Es ging ein Fenster auf, welches ein Windows 10 update runterladen wollte (habe ich abgebrochen), brauche ich das? Entstehen evtl. nicht neue Probleme? Win 8.1 lief bei mir bis zu den Problemen mit dem Gruppenrichtlinienclient einwandfrei.

Scannow findet allerdings immer noch Probleme (Vom Windows Ressourcenschutz hat beschädigte Dateien gefunden, konnte diese nicht... )
Habe ich nochmals als sfcdetails.txt mitangehängt.

Kann mir bzgl. des Protokolls jemand weiterhelfen? Für mich sind das böhmische Dörfer.

steht es, laut meines Protokolls, denn so schlimm um meinen Rechner?
Z. Zt. läuft alles normal. Office-Programme laufen und die Fehlermeldung ist auch weg.

Das PC Auffrischen halte ich doch für sehr aufwendig (Zitat: "Hier werden keine persönlichen Daten gelöscht, aber alle Apps, die nicht im Windows Store enthalten sind.")


Kann es evtl. an diesem update liegen: kb3022345

habe ich schon einmal gemacht, danach waren die Hauptprobleme (Gruppenrichtlinienclient lief nicht, Office Programme liefen nicht) weg.

Schadet sicher nicht wenn ich es noch einmal mache.

Hattest Du dies vor dem letzten SFC-Scan vom 21.08.2014 gemacht oder danach? Durch den SFC-Scan konnten bei Dir einige Dateien der Updates kb2976978, kb3000850 und kb3068708 nicht repariert werden, deshalb mein Beitrag #5. Ich hoffe, dass sich der Komponentenspeicher reparieren lässt.

jetzt mal Neustart und noch mal scannen
 
Es werden leider noch Fehler gefunden (Vom Windows-Ressourcenschutz wurden beschädigte Dateien...), aber die sfcdetails.txt ist viel kleiner geworden, Siehe Anhang.

der Fehler in Deinem LOG weist jetzt nur auf folgendes Updates hin:

Bitte schaue im Windows Update Verlauf nach ob diese beiden fehlerfrei installiert wurden. Schaue bitte auch noch unter Installierte Updates nach ob Du es dort findest. Wenn ja, deinstalliere es bitte und starte Deinen System neu. Danach blendest Du es unter Windows Update aus, damit es nicht erneut installiert wird. Dieses Update wird für einen reibungslosen Betrieb nicht benötigt obwohl es den Kernel mit aktualisiert.

Ergebnis des Scannens:
"der windows-ressourcenschutz hat keine integritätsverletzungen gefunden" (y)

ausblenden konnte ich kb3022345 allerdings nicht, weil nur die optionalen updates angezeigt wurden. Und kb3022345 konnte ich auch nirgends mehr finden.
