Ich habe seit ca 2 Monaten Probleme eine Mail zu meinem Arzt zuschicken. Gestern habe ich den Support von Microsoft in Anspruch genommen leider hat derjenige den Chat irgendwann einfach geschlossen.

Global DNS / DKIM Configuration Error for the domain "outlook.de"
Hello,
I am using a private Microsoft email account with the German domain @outlook.de. For the past two months, my emails to specific external servers with strict security filters are being rejected with a permanent delivery failure (NDR).
The receiving server returns the following error:
550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 DKIM test failed: pubkey_unavailable
The IT department of the receiving side analyzed the issue and confirmed that the public DKIM key for the sender domain outlook.de (Header: d=OUTLOOK.DE) is currently missing or unavailable in the public DNS records.
This issue occurs exclusively with @outlook.de accounts. Emails sent from @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or @live.de are working fine because their public keys are published correctly.
Since I am a private home user, I cannot modify the DNS or DKIM settings for the official outlook.de domain. There is a global configuration error on Microsoft's side regarding the German Outlook domain.
Please escalate this ticket urgently to the Exchange/Mail Server Administrator Team so they can fix the public DKIM key deployment for outlook.de.
