[gelöst] Neues Notebook mit vorinstalliertem Windows 10. Keine vorinstallierten Apps

Bei der Installation kann ich dann auch die Produkt-Key von der jetzigen Version verwenden?
Oder soll ich besser das Notebook erstmal zum Hersteller zurück schicken?

an deiner Stelle würde ich auf die Vollversion pochen , Du hast dafür ja auch bezahlt , oder spreche Dich vorher mit denen ab
 
Hatte ich ja, nachdem ich mit Microsoft telefoniert habe und diese sagten der Hersteller hat was falsch gemacht. Dieser kann sich das alles nicht erklären. Ich wäre der erste mit diesem Problem. :(

Ich soll das Notebook nochmal zurück schicken, und die spielen alles nochmal neu auf. Ob das dann was hilft.
 
Sehe ich auch so.
Also schick ich mal zurück und melde mich dann nochmal, wenn der Rechner wieder da ist, würd ich sagen.
Die sollen mir eine zufriedenstellende Ware schicken und dann ist alles gut.

Hallo,

drücke die Windows und X Taste und führe Eingabeaufforderung (Administrator) und folgenden Befehl aus:
Powershell

Als nächstes diesen Befehl:
Get-AppxPackage | Clip

Füge nun die Zwischenablage in deine Antwort ein.
Setze den Inhalt in einen Spoiler.

Sorry da bin ich wieder.
Ich muss was vorbereiten.
Der Laptop bleibt bei Dir.
Melde mich gleich wieder.
 
Lass uns bitte folgendes durchführen.

Melde mit einem Benutzerkonto an das System an, was Administratorrechte hat.
Öffne dann den Windows Explorer und klicke mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Ordner "Programme" wie im Bild zu sehen:

und dann klicke mit der linken Maustaste auf "Eigenschaften"


Im neuen Fenster klickst Du auf den Reiter "Sicherheit":

danach auf "Erweitert"


Im neuen Fenster klickst Du bei "Besitzer" auf "Ändern":

Bei Dir müsste als Besitzer "TrustedInstaller" stehen.
Bitte auf "Administratoren" wie im Bild zu sehen ändern.
Dann setze auch den Haken bei "Besitzer der Objekte und untergeordneten Containern ersetzen" und dann klicke auf "Übernehmen". Dann siehst Du wie an den Berechtigungen der Ordner was geändert wird. Bei Abfragen "Ja" oder "Okay" klicken. Wenn das Fertig ist, schließt Du das Fenster mit "Okay".

Nun musst Du den "Administratoren" noch Vollzugriff gewähren.

Klicke dazu auf "Bearbeiten", siehe Bild:

Dann nach die "Administratoren" anklicken und unten auf "Vollzugriff" siehe Bild:

Dann auf "Übernehmen", ggf. Abfragen mit "Ja" oder "Okay" bestätigen" und zum Schluss die Fenster mit "Ok" schließen.

Wenn Du das gemacht hast, melde Dich wieder.
